Established in 1988 in the foothills of the Himalayas, Bagdogra Sister Nivedita English School nurtures around 500 students from Nursery through Class XII — guided by a deep sense of dedication, discipline, and social commitment.

Date sheets for Classes V to XII are available with class teachers. Class III & IV date sheets will be circulated through the diary by 18 June.
Kindly pay fees on or before the 10th. Late fee ₹30 between 11 — 20 June; ₹60 after the 20th, per school fee-book policy.
Boarders are requested to report between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM with all hostel documents and the updated medical form.
The Annual Cultural Programme will be held on Saturday, 14 December 2026 at the school auditorium. Family passes will be issued through class teachers.

Phonics, number play, story-time, and hands-on activity. Children must have completed 3 years of age by 1st April of the admission year.

Periodic Test 1 followed by the Half-Yearly Examination, with continuous assessment, classwork & project evaluation throughout.
Periodic Test 2 followed by Pre-Final preparations for senior classes — model question papers, doubt clinics and intensive revision.
Annual examinations for Classes I — IX & XI. Board examinations for Class X & XII. Result declared and promotion confirmed.
Note: Students must clear all fee dues to be permitted to appear for term-end examinations. Detailed schemes, weightages and date sheets are circulated through the school diary.

Nursery applicants must have completed 3 years of age as on 1st April of the admission year. Age criteria progress correspondingly for all subsequent higher classes.
All students seeking admission undergo a spot evaluation test. The test decides the eligibility of admission.
Candidates must be introduced by their parents or legal guardians, who remain fully responsible for academic progress, fee payments, regular attendance, and overall conduct.
Once approved, complete the admission formalities. No request for changes in date of birth or any other information will be entertained after admission.
A clear schedule, modest late-fee penalties, and an annual revision policy aligned with school policy and prevailing conditions.
School fees must be paid on or before the 10th of the ongoing month.
These fees must be paid on or before the 20th of the ongoing month. Late payments will incur a penalty as per the respective fee-book policy.
Students who fail to pay their fees for any given term will not be permitted to appear for the term-end examinations.
School fees are subject to annual revision in accordance with school policies, prevailing economic conditions, and government regulations. The admission fee and any amount paid at admission are non-refundable.

Please be informed that the school gate opens at 8:25 AM and closes at 8:55 AM. No student or guardian will be entertained before or after the designated gate timings — this is for the safety and discipline of every child on our campus.
